When the level of distrust and dishonest has reached an unbearable heights in society we are now at a loss as to what to do with the kidnapping problem, Patrick and Basdeo are supposed to be in talks, well I suggest Bas Head butt Partrick so he can wake up and smell the bullshit that is happening in Trinidad today.
People are living in fear and as it turns out somebody knows somebody who got kidnapped, that is sad state of affairs. What is needed is to curb career criminals who are using kidnapping as a means to make money( and this change has to be instigated at the top levels of Government) is to better equip the police not only with the tools to fight crime but also the knowledge
TRAIN THEM to THINK!! and weed out the ones who are in the palms of the Drug Lords,Terrorists, criminals and hold outright political party bias in carrying out his or her duty.
How do we do this?
We need new legislation. The so called 'Giuliani Plan' should seriously be take into consideration when drafting Bills that would go before the House of Parliament. |
