Some of the games MAME supports may require extra sample sets (sounds) as the games sound hardware may not be emulated, or originated as analogue signals. Place these files (unzipped) into MAME's "samples" subdirectory.

The official MAME page has the latest SAMPLES for use with the emulator. They can be located here:
