Gratuitous Sarcasm is a band founded by Talwyn and myself. It started with a paper for school writen by my brother, and an incident when my brain wasn't paying any attention whatsoever to what came out of my mouth
Don't try to make sense out of the lyrics, there isn't any logic to them.
The following songs are from their first album, "Mewsick Four Thuh Cazeuwal Insawmneeack" and are listed in cronological order of when they were written, from earliest to latest.
Gratuitous Sarcasm and all their songs are to me and Talwyn.

Purple-Footed Bunny Rabbits:

Im eating
Im eating
Im eating and theres no one left to stop me

Untitled 1:

Sitting in a jeweled cup
underneath the stairs
Wearing shame like purple pain
patronizing in the rain
Some eat spider-strawberries
most just eat a crown
Glue and sawdust mixed together
brings our people down
So take the angel by the horns
and dont feel incomplete

Its just another peice
Its just another peice
Its just another peice of the puzzle of my mind
Its just another peice of the puzzle of my mind

Having jam and jelly parties
watching golden moss
Singing well while youre in hell
Time to go, cause thats the bell
Searching for what i dont want
in the local zoo
Screenplay written by three hags
co-produced by you
Take down notes in Japanese
and sweep up with a broom

Its just another peice
Its just another peice
Its just another peice of the puzzle of my mind
Its just another peice of the puzzle of my mind

Put an icepack on the stove
and play your clarinet
Have no fear, for i am here
Please dont smudge youir lipstick, dear
Bullfrog dancing like a pro
pollen gets inhaled
Its always half-past two o clock
while my toe gets impaled
So wear your red shoe on your head
Dont you wish that i were dead?
Thistle, thistle, thistle, thistle
dont forget to floss

Its just another peice
Its just another peice
Its just another peice of the puzzle of my mind
Its just another peice of the puzzle of my mind

Its just another peice
Its just another peice
Its just another peice of the puzzle of my mind
Its just another peice of the puzzle of my mind
the puzzle of my mind

Untitled 2:

I had a piece of bubblegum
It was shaped like a turtle's thumb
I took it out of its wrapper
And then I dropped it on the ground

Where oh where did my gum go now?
My turkey-flavored bubble gum?
I'm gumless, tell me what to do!!
Maybe the penguins took that too!
Maybe the penguins took that too!

One evening it was getting late
And at my desk I was growing irate
A paper I wrote on the Cheese War
Had vanished somewhere on my floor

Where oh where did my paper go?
The essay that would tell my grade?
To fail this class would never do!
Maybe the penguins took that too.
Maybe the penguins took that too!!

Went to France for a burrito
Had the dog say which way to go
But she pointed me to Spain instead
And so I ate a grape sundae

Where oh where did France go now
That place that has the big tower
It has a nice museum too!
Maybe the penguins took that too.
Maybe the penguins took that too.

When things don't rhyme they go all wrong
It makes for one psychotic song.
Of course the rhymes went missing too
And so did my rhythm.

Where oh where did the rhymes go now?
My pretty pretty funky rhymes
Where'd my rhymes go, need them back!

The Thought Train:

You shut the door
I locked the gate
You kicked the floor
To compensate.
The last one will
Belong to me
You have the lock
I lost the key
You cant turn back
You cant go on
I close my eyes
And sing along
And as we vanish
Through the mist
Im killing time by wondering why
Everything I understand
Is shorted out and
Badly scanned
Into the drive
I call my brain
Why did I miss
The thought train?
Lava lamps
And floppy disks
A cordless phone
And trail mix
Why do I need
That clock again?
My reason tries
To win and winds up dead
Everything is
Jumbled and I
Roll the dice
Again I wait
Today I lost
My tickets to
The thought train
Ive just hijacked
The thought train
Derailing
The thought train
I cant believe
The thought train
Why dont you take
The thought train
Ill walk, you take
The thought train.
