Guild Rules.


Please read ALL of the rules, and try your best to follow them.

General Rules:
- Everyone starts off as Desire in rank. if you leave and come back, you will be Desire again.
- Members who do not post, will not be promoted and promotions are limited to one promotion per month.
- Legible grammar, spelling, and font only. No 1337, shorthand, or all caps posts.
- No spam will be tolerated, and this includes more than 3 consecutive posts saying things like "hi" or "is anybody here?" or talking to yourself. This will be monitored by our Board Guardian, and spam posts will be subtracted from your post total. - No foul language. Please remember this is a children's game too.
- No fighting with or insulting other members.
- No asking for other members passwords.
-No discussion of how many neopoints you, or anyone else has.
- No begging or asking to be given items.
- You are not required to promote our guild, but please: No promoting other guilds on the boards or on your lookups, shops, etc.
- No stretching the board with posts like hi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- If you roleplay on the boards, please make it obvious to other members you are doing so by making the topic of your posts ROLEPLAY in all caps.
- Members whom have not posted for more than 60 days will be considered inactive, and will be deleted from the guild. Exceptions: people who have stated they will be inactive, or who have applied for holiday.
- Follow ALL the rules of neopets.
- Disregarding rules after being warned can result in suspension and bans.

Job Rules
- Neglecting work duties for more than 2 consecutive assignments without excuse will result in termnation .
- If an employee is fired they must wait at least two weeks before applying for any other positions.
- Minimums are required, but above and beyond applies towards promotions and EoM (Employee of the Month)

Council Rules:
-To be considered for council one must reach the level of Soul in the guild and show a spirit of dedication to guild members.
- First and foremost, council members should be "model" guild members.
- A positive attitude is expected of each council member. One must be able to handle conflict in a fair and kind manner.
- Council support and participation in guild events is important. If council is excited and participates, the members will too.
- Absence from the guild message board for extended periods of time will not be tolerated of any council member.
- Council members should be regular contributors to the guild. Guild funds are what make the guild go and grow. Our council should have that in mind at all times. Contributions should be at the MINIMUM of 5k monthly.
- Post and read the message board regularly. Members must be able to see our council and get to know them.
- Welcome new members, and assist all members with questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Applicants and existing council members should be fully familiar with the guild website, rules and activities. Members should be politely directed to the website whenever the information they need is available there, but you must be willing and capable of helping out when additional information is needed. If you don't know something, say you will find out and follow through.
- Complete deadlines on time. If you volunteer to do something, please make sure you can do it.
- Council Members may not ask for personal donations. As members of council, they should consider themselves to be at the service of members, not vice versa.

Please, Please, Please read and follow these rules carefully. They are here for a reason, by following these you will make the guild a better place for everyone else !
