Postitions, and there Criteria.

Main Council Positions:
Hope.
Dream.
Love.
Wish.
Joy.

Sub Council Positions:
Heart.

Member Positions:
Soul.
Spirit.
Bliss.
Desire.


Guild Council:
Hope: All things avatar related, board monitoring, the home page, the stats page, and promotions. Responsible for other council jobs if someone is on vacation and no one else can take over.
Dream: Takes care of the guild shops, donations, hunters, and actuaries.
Love: Contests, tgif, guild activities, and the fun page.
Wish: Newbies, b-days, MoM, EoM, AoM, PoM, the guild polls, booting and recruiting.
Joy: News, story submissions, guild battle dome, adoption agency, graphics, and editing.

All council, of course, can come up with any activities or games they think the members will enjoy, and are open to member suggestions and ideas. There are currently no available positions on main council. A member must first acheive a status of Heart before applying to positions in main council. All members, including main and sub council, are required to uphold the following minimums monthly, or else they will be demoted. Council points requirements are equivalent to subcouncil point requirements. Members who have applied for holiday will be an exception.


Point Requirements:

ALL positions have certain requirements you must acheive:

Desire: Automatic, this is what you are when you enter the guild
Bliss: Post 15 non spam posts on the board (it is not automatic, a councilor must promote you)
Spirit: Have and maintain a monthly minimum of 7 points
Soul: Achieve and maintain a monthly minimum of 10 points
Heart: Achieve and maintain a monthly minimum of 14 points, and apply to an available position in the subcouncil

Promotions will be given on or before the 5th of each month, and members are limited to one promotion per month. Members will advance in position in consecutive order. (no skipping ahead)


How to get points:

* Jobs, Posts, Donations, and being a TGIF server
* Maximum of 5 points in each category per month, except for TGIF servers and secondary jobs.
* Points are reset at the beginning of each month

Posts: (non spam posts only)
50 = 1
100 = 2
150 = 3
200 = 4
250 = 5

Donating :
100 - 5k Nps= 1
up to and including 10k = 2
up to and including 15k = 3
up to and including 20k = 4
up to and including 25k = 5

Jobs :
Jobs are at employer's discretion. Bare minimum job requirements will earn fewer points than members who go above and beyond their job requirements. In general 0=nothing, 1=poor, 3=they did their job but missed a few assignments, 4-complete job, 5-above and beyond. Secondary jobs can earn members up to 3 pts. These are awarded at the employers discretion also. Secondary jobs for Council consist of any jobs they do for the guild outside their respective jurisdictions. =)
