Darkness and Light
Darkness is common depression, hate, loss, loneliness, sadness, and disappears
Light is common hope, love, happiness, luck, joy, and compassion
Both are every day occurrences that we must over come.
We must struggle through the dark to find the light and it isn't easy for most end up suffocating in darkness.
But the few who haven't must stand up and help those that can't.


Life
Pain and sorrow are part of everyday life and
if you let them get to you that's all you'll ever know.


Shapes
Pain and sorrow take many shapes
and come in many sizes
and even well they destroy every part of your heart.
and you think there is no good in the world
and you time has come look inside yourself
for there will be a light,
and that light will be love and life
for they are the same
it just takes time to realize it.


Distance
Distance doesn't make the heart grow fonder;
it makes it go through pain and agony until it is reunited,
however while away
it looks for an alternative to place it's feelings.


Pain and Suffering
Pain and suffering go hand in hand
but so do love and compassion.
You learn things when you go through them all
and the fastest way to go through them
is to love someone with all your heart
and then be separated from them in one way or another.
True, some say you don't know love
until you've lived it, been in love, lost it,
or meet their standards of love,
but don't listen to them
'cause you know you're in love
when you willing to give up everything you know,
care about, or think for one person.
Or at least that's my view; what's yours?


Pain and Suffering 2
In the many shapes they take pain and suffering are everywhere
but if you don't let them take shape
then they are nowhere and they don't exist.


Pain of Suffering
The pain of sorrow grows in everyone
and the agony is unbelievable.
When it lets out
it can cripple you for a life time
if left unhandled.
So take a step back
and work through the pain and the agony
to find something good to hold onto.
