Terms Of Service

For Malaysia orders :

1. You must provide your name, address and products ordered on a piece of paper or the printed out order form.

2. We will not be responsible for any cash lost in the mail.

3. We will not send the products if you forget to send any 'Wang Pos'.

4. Payment is made in Ringgit Malaysia.

For international orders

1. You have to email your Contact Name, Contact Email, Contact Number, Order Quantity, Address, Zip Code, State, Country and Payment Method .

2. We will not be responsible for any cash lost in the mail.

3. We will not send the products if you forget to send any Checks, Bank Drafts or Money Orders.

4. Payment is made in the currency of US Dollar.

P.S.: The turnaround time for check clearing is 14 business days upon receipt of your payment and your order will be shipped out only after the relevant bank draft or check has been cleared.
