How To Purchase
For international orders

For Malaysia orders
1. First, fill in your name, address, telephone number, 'Wang Pos' number and email address (optional) into the Purchase Order form. You can fill in the 'Wang Pos' number at the post office later also.
2. Next, key in the Product Code, Unit Price, Quantity and Total Price into the form.
3. After that, fill in the Grand Total at the bottom of the page. For example :

Note : Please refer to the below table to obtain Discount Percentage and Postal Charge accordingly.
4. Lastly, print out the order form. You can print it by
i) Right click the Purchase Order
ii) Click Print
iii) Click OK
If you do not have a printer, you can always write out your orders and name, address, telephone number, 'Wang Pos' number and email address (optional) on a paper and send it to us together with payment. [Wang Pos Only]

If you are using 'Wang Pos' as payment, please keep the stub as
proof-of-purchase'. If the 'Wang Pos' does not reach us, please take the stub to
the Post Office to check. If the 'Wang Pos' money has not been collected, please
claim money THREE (3) months from purchase date.
The Domestic Parcel (Bungkusan) Rates and Discount Percentage are listed as below. Please add this amount into the Grand Total.

The period between the 'Wang Pos' date and the Send date must not exceed 3 months because the Post Office does not accept them. In this case, you must go back to the Post Office to claim your money.
If you do not receive the product in 25 days, please email your information to [email protected]. If the product is damaged in the mail, it must be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt.
If the 'Wang Pos' amount is not enough to cover the order, you will not receive all the products in the order as we will deduct the amount accordingly.
Please do not send Cash in the mail. We will not be responsible for any cash lost in the mail.
