THE LOST AND FOUND DEMOS STILL IN STORE!! downloads + soundbytes

"The Lost And Found Demos 1995 - 2001" demo CD-R is thtotally non-profit material and it's the follow up to the intense persistence in hard way into melodic rock. The album have a long time to complete as I've been writing songs for "The Lost And Found Demos" during a two year period to make sure that I had some the best songs possible available for this first demo album.

"The Lost And Found Demos 1995 - 2001" was record at the Up-Town Studios, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1995 and J. C. Digital Studio in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil during its ups and downs in 2000/2001/2002 and the entire recording took about ten months to complete.

The demo album features a mixture of tracks with a few surprise on the first listen. The basic formula is one that contains a blend of melodic hard rock and AOR with a 80's vibe to it.

Opener "Rio by Night" is an up tempo rocker that has ae first EYEZOFIRE n inspiring harmonica in the middle of it somewhere, reminding of Kix. This is followed by the mid-tempo hard rock meets AOR of "Too Hard To Hear You Say Goodbye" . The best moments are "Playing With Fire" and a Nazareth tune "Love Hurts".

Marcio Tex talking about the "The Lost & Found Demos 1995 - 2001" songs:

TRACK BY TRACK

1. Rio By Night - This song is an up tempo rocker that talks of Copacabana City glamour nights and it has an inspiring harmonica in the middle of it somewhere, reminding of Kix. Very very party rock!!

2. Don't Give Up - Opener "Don't Give Up" is an up tempo pop/rock, and it talks of never don't give up your dreams even if it seems to be far away. I wrote this song in the 80's when it's Strong Wind band and it's very melodic and lots of catchy hooklines.

3. Playing With Fire - A funny radio rock song dedicated to all those like to drive a car on high gear; it's a song that really retract very well Rio summer... Sun, beaches, girls, etc. Musically I believe you can hear some influences of Journey, Danger Danger and such bands on this pompous up-tempo radio rocker!

4. Dark Fate - I originally wrote this song back in 1991 when I was playing with Strong Wind and it talks about drugs and his hallucination moments. I think it catch up into Richie Blackmore's Rainbow style.

5. Too Hard Too Hear You Say Goodbye - This is followed by the mid-tempo radio hard rock meets AOR/Melodic Rock of "Too Hard To Hear You Say Goodbye" at his very best! One of my favorite songs on the album.

6. Flying - This song was witten by John Cassio, my true friend, and performed for himself in your four track studio in that time. Look the maestry of this song!! I've always pleased with this pretty heartfelt beautiful song really. I gave it this title because I had a sensation to be flying when I listened to this act by the first time.

7. Love Hurts - The album closer, a classy ballad that I always wanted to record ... Even if with no haracteristic ebow guitar and but yes, a guitar solo from the dephts of soul from John Cassio! A great track to end.
