Ritual 5 LIE DOWN ON YOUR BACK Inhale....as you do this slowly bring up your legs with the knees flexed up to your chest, as you exhale kick your legs out as far as you can. You might want to do this in bed or place some pillows under your where your legs will fall. Repeat this until you start feeling tired, then allow your breathing to return to normal. When this happens start again but this time try to hold your legs extended for a second or two before you let them fall. Continue this for a minute or two and then relax again. Now inhale. On the exhale scream - scream - scream or if you are male yell - yell - yell. Repeat this at least least five times. (In order to prevent your friends and neighbours from thinking your nuts and phoning the police I suggest you yell or scream into a pillow.) Now lie down on your back and sense and feel the energy moving around and throughout your body. Do this for about 5 minutes, and feel the life force move. When you are finished begin your mantra. Make sure you record the details of your experiences. There are no short cuts, so proceed seriously, you can laugh at your self later; that is unless the laughter begins on its own. When you have completed this experiment try to spend at least ten to fifteen minutes alone. Don't drink and eat, just sense and feel. |
