Yehmen
A humanoid species blue-white in skin with varied hair colors and heights
based on their sex, the Yehmen are a race of peaceful and ancient peoples,
living in a primitive society on the strange planet of Kiona. They can be
healers, fighters or scholars, and follow a life path of religious
fellowship and steadfast friendship.
Yehmen Abilities:
1) A Yehmen can increase their maximum power level by x2 at any time
without any added force or penalty; this does NOT include Special Anyone
(As always) but does include their entire power level, even when
considering that it has been "added to".
Power ups:
A Yehmen does not actually power up, as their first and only ability is
that same thing in essence. Instead, much like a Saiyan or
"Other", they train their ki and body into one spiritual being,
which allows them to add additional power to their base power level
without any actual change.
