Special anyone power ups:
These "power ups" are merely a fun way to alter your character, but must be gotten through a sensible mission of some sorts. They cannot be started with, and the 'mission' or reason for obtaining them must be approved and logical IC. Any type of race can use these, and must pay the ki cost permanently unless otherwise noted to get the power noted permanently like an item; it is not added to your base pl like a changeling or namek or android etc. but instead becomes an "additional" power up. Someone once and only once may gain each of the following. (NOTE) These power ups CAN be used in conjunction with any other power up. For example, you can be a super saiyan and mystic both at once, or stage 3 and mystic all at once, etc. Finally you MUST have permission from a founder or if none are around during that time period a "Veteran" to gain ANY OF THESE; they also can be taken away or given up at will by either a founder or the user. (Ex: user is enraged during a battle when they are actually angry, they lost the power up and get back the ki until they next need it or if a founder decides they are not angry anymore.)

Mystic:
Person must train under Kaio-shin or a trainer for at least 200 lines of work total in their "lifetime", as well as have founder's permission to gain this stage. Any alliance accepted. The user becomes more intimidating in physical appearance in battle.

Inspired:
Person must have died at least once to be able to get this ability. Must also be good. The user gains a golden aura about their body when they use this ability, no matter the race, and a very calm look. CANNOT BE USED WITH ENRAGED.

Enraged:
Person must have lost a close friend or ally, lose an important fight or decisive event, or something else founder approved to get. Is passive until the user becomes actually enraged, thus you cannot begin a battle 'enraged', you must work up to it IC. The user's eyes go completely one color, and lose their pupils. Any alliance accepted. CANNOT BE USED WITH INSPIRED.

Galactic Ruler:
User gets only after doing something terrible in an evil fashion. (Destroying a planet, killing an important character.) They get a huge increase of physical mass when this move is utilized, which can slow them down slightly if used for long periods of time.

Guardian:
User must choose a main planet that they will guard. They can only use this power up on that planet. Only one person can guard a planet. Can only be chosen for one planet and one only. Good alliance only.

Destroyer:
The user becomes a destructive force and lets their ki become wild and uncontrollable. Must be evil to utilize.

Majin-1:
The user must meet Babidi, and becomes partially possessed with an M on their forehead, but still maintains their free will; their innermost desires are let loose and they race to accomplish them as long as they maintain the power up. There is no difference in how they 'power up', but there is more power. Must be evil to use.

Majin-2:
The user must meet Babidi, and becomes fully possessed with an M on their forehead; they thus must obey anything the dark magician commands them to do, until they can break free. (Founder regulated like all again, even more with this one.) Can be any alliance, but becomes temporarily bad.

Golden Oozaru:
Useable only by saiyan blood persons, founder will deem if user has IC saiyan blood.
The user becomes a huge, tyrannical golden ape, with incredible power added upon their maximum. Cannot be used with any other special power ups. User goes into a rage until they are touched emotionally or has their tail cut off.

Angel:
User sprouts angelic wings and a golden / heavenly-white aura, as well as a calm, influencing demeanor. Must be good to use; cannot be used by anyone who uses golden oozaru. (Like an alternative.)

User's eyes turn red, becomes boiling with pure rage, and a red aura. Any alliance can use.
