Saiyan abilities: 1) All saiyans possess the ability
to go oozaru automatically, added to their list of moves free of
charge. It can only be used if it is determined and is fairly
amounted by the founders / trainers and that the user has their tail
in tact, and that they are exposed to a full moon, also needed to be
told. One can gain the "power ball" ability to be able to
exploit this ability at any time as well, speak to a founder /
trainer about it. Multiplies BASE POWER LEVEL by TEN, SPEED DROPS TO
25% OF BASE PL. CANNOT BE USED IN ANY SSJ FORMS. 2) Saiyans
naturally gain power faster than most other races during battles. As
a result, each time your saiyan enters a battle and finishes one,
they gain DOUBLE THE WINNING OR LOSING PRIZES. Saiyan power ups: In
order to use these power ups, your character must be at least part
blooded saiyan, and must use the super saiyan stages. Also, you must
have permission from a founder to reach any stages SSJ (yes you need
permission for the first SSJ) and above USSJ2 (which means that the
two ultras can be gained at any time for the first time) and have
sufficient "need" and battle experience if you may. Note
that there are only two classes here, and that while saiyans are
generally stronger power up wise later in the game, they get their
abilities later than usual at that time as well. And you can't use
as much creative freedom with saiyans ^_^. (NOTE) You keep your ki
at all times, but must have that much to reach that power up. The
power gained from that power up is used as you maintain the power
up, not added permanently. Only one power up at a time allowed.
