Pikannu (Pikan's Race) Abilities: 1) Natural Speed Enhancement: All Pikannu are very aerodynamic and have a naturally higher speed than most beings. Thus, their speed levels are always 1.5 higher than their maximum power level in battle. (This is AFTER you figure the multiplying of pl stuff, you then multiply AGAIN for speed lol) Pikannu power ups: Pikannu power up much differently from most other races. They gain no noticeable physical change, and always have absolutely no ki aura as most beings do. However, they do appear fiercer and gain lightning about their body like a SSJ2 or SSJ3. Finally, their power ups are also strong but far apart. A Pikannu must wait three days between reaching each new power up for the first time, and each must be gotten in battle (Saga / real) or with permission from a founder. Also, this is times the base power level, naturally, not including any Special power ups or additions in terms of items. NO CLASS (* 500,000pl and up *) |
