Earth Dragonballs-
1. Must gather all seven Dragonballs.
2. Chant required ("Come out, Shenron, and grant my
wish!").
3. Only One wish per summoning of Shenron.
4. After the wish is made, Shenron will disappear, the Dragonballs
will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will remain stone
for one year.
5. The Shenron cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of
the creator of the Dragonballs.
6. You can revive anyone or any group of people who fit a certain
criteria, if they did not die of natural causes.
7. If a person has been revived by Shenron before, the person cannot
be revived again.
New Earth Dragonballs-
After Kami-sama re-merged with Piccolo, Shenron became no more and
the Dragonballs turned into stone. To revive the Dragonballs, Goku
invited Dende from Namek to be the new Kami-sama. Dende was able to
revise the rules and restrictions of Shenron's power in the revival
process...

Dragon Balls turn to stone, they will remain stone for four months,
and then Shenron may be summoned again.)
5. Shenron cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the
creator of the Dragonballs.
6. You can revive anyone or any group of people who fit a certain
criteria, if they did not die of natural causes.
7. If a person has been revived by Shenron before, the person cannot
be revived again.
Namek Dragonballs-
1. Must gather all seven Dragonballs.
2. Chant required in the Namek language.
3. Wishes must be said in the Namek language.
4. Three wishes per summoning of Porunga.
5. After the wishes are made, Porunga will disappear, the
Dragonballs will turn to stone and scatter themselves; they will
remain stone for 130 days.
6. Porunga cannot grant any wishes that are beyond the powers of the
creator of the Dragonballs.
7. You can revive anyone multiple times, as long as he/she did not
die of natural causes.
8. You can only revive one person per wish.

- Oolong wishes for a pair of panties to stop Pilaf's plan
- Goku wishes for Bura to be revived
- Piccolo Daimaou wishes for his youth to be restored
DragonBall Z
- Kamesennin wishes for Goku to be revived to fight Vegeta and Nappa
- Dende, Gohan and Krillin wish for Piccolo's life to be restored
- Dende, Gohan and Krillin wish for Piccolo to be transported to
Planet Namek
- Mr. Popo wishes for all the Namekians that got killed in the
battle at Planet Namek back to life and to go to Earth
at the Capsule Corp
- The Z-Fighters's lives to be restored, one by one
- A wish to revive all people killed during the Cell saga
- Future Trunks' life to be restored
- Krillin's wish for the self-destructive bombs in #17 and #18 to be
removed
- Bulma's wish for all the good people who got killed to be revived
- Dende's wish for the Earth to be restored after destroyed by Majin
Boo
- Dende's wish for all the Earhlings killed by Boo to be revived
- Dende's wish for Goku's strenght to be restored
- A wish for the Earthlings to forget about Majin Boo
