Life isn't going so great. Your goddess has, for whatever reason, started paying attention to you. Just this week you've had a marriage proposal from a goat, two attempts made on your life, been involved in some attempts on other people's lives, half drowned, been lit on fire, trampled by a giant lizard, and can't seem to find your keys...though that might not be the fault of your deity; you have been known to lose them before. But it's still very suspicious. Perhaps you should've prayed to somebody else... Welcome to Exasperare, played on a volcanic island chain in a primarily water covered world. The people here are basically good people; they work hard and believe in something...the real problem is who they believe in: their gods. Their deities are not infallible or even nice, for that matter. At least most of them. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, after all. The population supplicate to any god or goddess of their choice or they may remain neutral in their homage.
