So-Sara is ruled by a Count, a position which is effectively the same as King over the feudal domains residing within his lands. In this case, the County of So-Sara comprises the lands known geographically as the Khaz Modan Isles.

Unlike larger territorial denominations within Shireroth, So-Sara is so small that it is subservient to two larger divisions; Amity & Mirioth and Yardistan. As such, it does not have much representation to the main government at Shirekeep.
