| QUASI-TRANSFORMATION
this transformation can only be done by any race or any side but you loss control and can only do punches and kicks. but you can't do this if you are already in a transformation. if you are 1/2 and 1/2 you can do both of the Quasi's at the same time. PL needed: 35,000 stat increase: 30,000 |
