These are what you call T-Shirt Iron Ons. If you don't know how to use them, follow these instructions:

Click on the thumbnail and print out the larger picture (yes, it should be reversed) onto special Iron On paper (found at Michaels)
Put the print out on the t-shirt so the ink side is touching the t-shirt, and iron it on. Let it dry, and, tada!
