Information

Abstract

Amuni are, or rather were, Euclide who were blessed by the Murdon God Amunuku. They are essentially do-gooders, to the wicked, violent ways of Euclide. They are pious to their faiths and duties, and take on something like a "guardian angel" roll to the race of humans. Being formed by a rather religious obsessed god, Amuni take to living in churches...no matter the current state.

Name

Amuni are named after their creator, Amunuku, who's name signifies his rank (the first of his kind, "a", a god, "ku", and that he is modest "munu"). Amuni's name follow suit in this meaning.

Amuni cannot be named just any old thing. They have set naming rules to abide by. No Amunu may have any American name, whether it be an actually dubbing or that of an object (Eg. Sally, Ryan, Dustin, Swordheart, Featherbox, Raincloud, etc.) Essentially, no English words. French words are not allowed either, as all AMuni are born knowing both languages, and it would be silly to be named after an object. Latin and Greek, on the other hand, are prefered languages to be named in.

Spefic Naming Requirements - Unless otherwise stated, these can be anywhere in the name, so long as they are present
Diety: 'Ku'
Pope: 'Kae'
Followers: 'Se' or 'Si'
Females: 'Bi' or 'Ib'
Males: 'J'
Artifacts: 'A' connected to any other vowel (eg. Aa, Ae, Ai, Ao, Au, Ay)
Remember to use all name rules that apply to your Amunu when naming them.

Physical

Amuni grow from 3' to 5' at the shoulder, and usually twice that in length. Depending upon the species they can be rather bulky and formidable as well, turning them into very powerful creatures when they decide to use force. They can run up to 40mph, and keep this pace up for a fair amounth of time.

All Amuni have minor shapeshifting abilities. They can become semi-anthromorphic, meaning they can switch between bipedal and quadrapedal movement. In their semi-anthro stage they also have hands instead of paws, which allowed them to do things normal wolves/cats/rabbits/etc. wouldn't.

Lifespan

Amuni can live fore a total of 1000 years. They don't age much different from humans, mind, they just stop aging after a certain point. It only takes a few years for a baby Amunu to grow to maturity (around twenty, but the bebes acquired through the PMC are around this age anyway). Bodies age until around 70 years, when they resemble middle-aged adults, and then they stop.

Diet

Amunu are omnivorous, feeding on meats, fruits, vegetables, and bread. They'll eat pretty much anything not rotting or inedible.

Society

Generally speaking, all Amuni live in churches (or Cathedrals). Abandoned ones, working ones, churches of obscure religions. Any will do just fine. Remember this when you adopt an Amuni, they will go off in search of a church to live in, and if they can't find one, they'll become rather martyr-like, and nobody likes a depressed, self-loathing martyr.

An organized group of Amuni is also called a Church.

Churches are usually classified by the building they live in. One Church per home. If mutiny occurs within a cast, they may break up and both remain in the same building. There will be much negotiation, usually ending with one group leaving, but Amuni don't mind sharing a church.

"______'s Church" or "_____ Church" are the naming formats for Amuni groups. Words of any language may be used. Churches must be named after Saints, Gods(of any religion/mythology), or Religions.
