POEMS
- Siren
Blame it on Walt Disney's The Little Mermaid; mythological creatures have always intrigued me. This poem is about the "sea nymphs" and the perils they face co-existing with the "sharks."
- Loss
"Loss" can mean anything from a lost wallet to losing everything and everyone you hold dear.
- Agathisms
It's not a word I just coined from my name: if you check a dictionary, it actually means something synonymous to "optimism." Go figure... I tell you, this is one silly poem!
- Marilyn

PERSONAL ESSAYS

- Bloody Thoughts

- Fingerlings

- The Poem She Wrote
National Artist for Literature Edith Tiempo's Becoming is such a beautiful poem. One that makes you, upon reaching the last line, compels you to read the whole poem all over again.

Although my training is in journalistic writing, I've always liked pouring my thoughts out in a more literary form.
