2003 - 2004 Year End Photo Review

I � ADMISSION PROCESS
Please submit the following requirements:
* Completed application form
* Current physical examination report & immunization record
* Photocopy of child�s birth certificate & passport
* Two (2) copies of passport photo of student
* School records (in English) of at least the past two school years (if applicable)
* Baptismal Certificate ( Roman Catholics only)
* Emergency authorization form
* Photocopy of special needs reports (if needed)

II � ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES
1. It is understood that a student enrolls for the whole school year and all fees are due and payable unless arrangements are made upon enrollment and agreed in writing by Parents/Guardians and the School.

2. Dependent on physical capacity, the school will admit children provided:
  a. They demonstrate average abilities in intellectual skills.
  b. They are not disciplinary problems from their previous school nor suffer from    
       emotional problems.
  c. Parents/Guardians consent to attend formal Parent/Teacher conferences and        whenever requested by the school.

3. The age cut-off date is set to September 1 of the school year. This is applicable to pre-school and first grade.

        














** All new students will be administered a placement test.
(Testing fee: P1500)

4. The school reserves the right to place the student in his/her
appropriate level.  The policy is to place the children in their chronological age group.  In exceptional cases, the student may be placed 1 year above or 1 year below the chronological level.   

III � PAYMENT POLICIES

1. Basic School Fees consist of:
    a. Annual tuition fee
    b. Matriculation fee (new students only & students from EELC pre-school)
    c. Annual development fund
    d. Other fees: rentals, testing, insurance etc.
    e. Deposit fee: not a separate fee�this amount will be applied to the final student tuition                when the student withdraws with prior written notice. All unpaid financial   
        obligations will be applied against this fee. This does not apply to tuition payments  
        made in full at the beginning of the school year.
     f. Reservation fee:  This is non-refundable but deductible from the 1st semester tuition.
