| 2. Assessment Fee- Php. 1,500.00 3. Special Fees � for children in the Special Needs class 4. A Php. 10,000,00 annual discount will be given to every sibling. This will be applied to the tuition fee of each sibling. 5. All fees are not billed on a pro-rata basis. They are also non-transferable. 6. Students who enter late at any time during the school year are expected to pay a minimum of half a semester�s tuition and all other fees irrespective of the length of time the student will spend in school during one given semester. 7. Irrespective of whether or not a Company pays the Basic School fees on behalf of each child, the School hold the parents accountable for meeting the above fees and terms. 8. If school fees are not paid when due, the school reserves the right to suspend the student�s attendance in classes and other school activities as well as to receive report cards and transcript of records. 9. A fine of Php. 200 per week will be imposed for late payment. 10. Tuition payments are due one month before the beginning of the semester, after which they will be considered as late payments. IV � OTHERS 1. Enrolled students and their parents/guardians agree to conform to the school procedures. They will comply with the rules established by EIS as articulated in the Student Handbook and this Memorandum. 2. The school is authorized to search the possessions of all students when an illegal act has been committed. Suspension will occur when the possession of an illegal matter is present. |

| ESTEBAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SIBLING DISCOUNTS MARKETING SCHEME SY 2004-05 RULES AND GUIDELINES ON �SIBLING DISCOUNTS� 1. �Sibling Discounts� is a school policy and marketing scheme. It is open to new and current students of Esteban International School effective SY 2004-05. 2. A family who wishes to enroll more than one of their children in the school may avail of ten thousand pesos (P10,000) Basic Fees discount for every sibling that enrolls. See below for discount sample: 1st Child: Full payment of Basic Fees 2nd Child: Basic Fees less P10,000 3rd Child: Basic Fees less P10,000 3. Management has initiated this marketing scheme in an effort to build a sense of community in the school; however, in the event that there be disputes that arise from this effort, it reserves the right to give the final decisions on such matters. |
