EDUCATION IN ESLO
Eslonians must attend school from Kindergarden to the 12th grade of school.  All citizens must complete at least this much education.  Elementary school in Eslo goes from Kindergarden to 5th grade.  Middle School includes grades 6 through 9.  High School includes the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades.  Some states offer a 13th grade, which is optional for those students planning to enter a post-secondary institution.
Eslo has colleges and universities in which all persons are allowed to enter regardless of religious belief, gender, sexual orientation, financial status, or political affiliation.  The exception is that communist students are not allowed to enter Eslonian National University, as the courses are capitalist based.
Religous schools in Eslo are prohibited from teaching regular recognized curriculum.  Private schools are allowed so long as they meet the requirements set by the Department of Education. In addition, they cannot teach religion.  Religous education is allowed in Eslo, but does not hold official recognition of curriculum studies.  Therefore, there can be no religious schools in Eslo to replace public or private non-religious institutions.  Churches, Mosques, Temples, Synagogues, or other religous bodies are discouraged from establishing their own schools.  If such schools are established, their academic, environmental, and sports programs must be subject to regular inspection by the Department of Education.

EXECUTIVE POWER IN ESLONIAN GOVERNMENT
The government of Eslo is divided into the Royal Executive, Legislative, and Judicial powers.  The highest of these is the Royal Executive, which is the King of Eslo.  The King of Eslo is the head of state and government of Eslo.  He is the the supreme authority of the Eslonian government.  However, his power is controlled by the legislative assembly, the Senate of the Republic of Eslo.  The official name of Eslo is the Republic of Eslo because Eslo is a political order in which the supreme power lies in a body of citizens who are entitled to vote for officers and representatives responsible to them.
The King of Eslo is elected by the people of Eslo for a lifetime term of service.  The voting is done by simple majority of votes, with no regard for electoral districts or similar divisions of democracy.  All Eslonian citizens over the age of 16 can vote.  The King reserves the right to resign at any time during his lifetime mandate.  He can also be removed from office by the Senate of Eslo if the entire Senate requests so.  When the King resigns, dies, or is removed from office, elections are once again held.  In the interim period, the Secretary of the Interior serves as interim Royal Executive, though never having the title of King.  The King of Eslo can also be a Queen if a female wins the federal elections for Royal Executive.
Eslo has only had one King since its foundation in June of 1995.  The King is always adressed as His/Her Royal Majesty and is prohibited from attending religious ceremonies in his official capacity.  He is also prohibited from supporting or demoting any particular political group within Eslo.  The King of Eslo is HRM King Jos Izzaguerra.  Regulations regarding the Executive Power in Eslonian Government are administered by the Royal Executive Power, Royal Palace.

LEGISLATIVE POWER IN ESLONIAN GOVERNMENT
The law-making body of Eslo is the Senate of The Republic of Eslo.  The Senate is in charge of legislating all bills that may become laws.  There is only one legislative chamber in Eslo, as opposed to a two chamber system in which one chamber has more power above the other.
The leader of the Senate is the Chairman, followed by the Speaker.  The Chairman hold ultimate authority as to the validity of motions on the floor as well as the agenda of the Senate.  The Speaker has functions similar to those of the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the United States.  However, these two figures are independent from all the other Senators and are elected by the people of Eslo for those posts in particular.
The Senate has 15 seats for Senators.  The Senators are represented by State.  These Senators are elected directly by Eslonian citizens over the age of 16 for a term of 3 years.  The Senate of Eslo is an autonomous body, independent from the Executive and Judicial powers.  The only function of the Senate is to legislate the law and offer political input to the assembly as per the people that they represent.  The Senate has the power to pass bills by a simple two-thirds majority.  In bills where the structure of the Eslonian Government is altered, an absolute agreement is required by 15 Senators as well as the two officers of the Senate (Chairman and Speaker).  Regulations about the legislative power in Eslonian Government are administered by the Senate of Eslo.

JUDUCIAL POWER IN ESLONIAN GOVERNMENT
The job of interpreting the laws passed by the Senate and signed by the Executive is held in the Judicial Power of the Republic of Eslo, namely the Supreme Court.  The judicial system in Eslo is complex.  Each state has their own courts which rule on matters of state law.  In all cases regarding federal law, the national court system is used.  There is no presence of the Executive or Legislative powers in the court system.  All persons accused of a crime are presumed innocent until otherwise proven.  All persons formally charged for a crime are entitled to a fair trial, at which a defense attorney can be hired or appointed by the district attorney's office.
Eslo has separate courts for the following categories:
Criminal Law
Civil Law
Family Law
Traffic Law
Human Rights Law
Environmental Law
These court systems are autonomous, but under the Department of Justice.  Their decisions are absolutely independent and can only be overturned by the King of the Republic of Eslo.  Each court's jurisdiction is determined by the Department of Justice.  Judges of Eslo are appointed by the King of Eslo for life-long terms.  The exceptions are justices for Human Rights and Environmental Law.  These judges are appointed by the Senate of Eslo and do not require Royal approval.  Regulations of the judicial power of Eslo are handled by the Supreme Court of Eslo and the Department of Justice.

POLITICAL MOVEMENT IN ESLO
Before 2002, political parties were allowed in Eslo.  The political parties could nominate persons for Senate seats as well as have civilian movements in the populous of Eslo.  An employee of a political party could not be elected into a government position.  Once a person becomes Senator in Eslo, or is an officer of the federal government in any capacity, they are responsible to the entire Eslonian population above any political alliance.
In January of 2002, Political parties were dissolved to get rid of Power-Politics in the Senate.  However, all political ideologies continue to be allowed and freely expressed.  Now, Eslonians are expected to form unofficial groups in which the ideologies are the same.  These groups are substitutes for political parties.  In order to gain voter support, a citizen must say what his ideas are in the various policy areas determined by the Eslonian Electoral Intitute, which only functions during election years, or when there is an Executive election.
Politicians can use all means of marketing.  However, the government of Eslo cannot support a political group or party in any way, shape, or form.  Each politician is on his own.
Therefore, in the Senate, the Senators are not obligated to align themselves according to binding political alliances.  Instead, they are free to vote as individual representatives of their constituents.  This system obligates all Senators to think objectively about their votes and gets rid of the "loyal opposition" that exsists in some countries.
In Eslo, when a policy is suggested by any Senator and it is put to a vote, each Senator votes according to what is best for the region that he/she represents.  There is never any obligation to oppose a policy.  Instead, there is an open exchange of ideas that build toward a greater good.  The parliamentary system is seen in Eslo as undemocratic.  Instead, Eslo has a direct representative democracy in which all elected officials are responsible solely to the people of Eslo.
For purposes of clarity, an example:  A vote regarding a bill that will allow the King greater negotiation powers in commercial treaties is before the Senate.  Senators that are known to be "left wing" will probably get together to oppose it.  However, if one of those Senators iss from a state in which he beleives, or receives word from, will benefit from the bill, he must vote in favor of it.  The Senators are not bound to vote one way or another by the President of a Political Party, or by a Coordinator of a Political Partty in the Senate.  Therefore, the vote that you will see will probably be a typical group of "left-wingers" opposed by a typical group of "right-wingers" and the exceptions that trade from one side to the other depending on the issue at hand.
As for the political composition of Eslo, Eslo is know to be a center state.  In the field of economics, Eslo has been historically right-wing, supporting free trade and open market economies.  A moderate laissez-faire approach is seen as beneficial to most Eslonians.  In the field of social issues, Eslo tends to be left of center.  Support for causes such as the erradication of landmines, assistance to refugees, solving poverty, same-sex marriages, and debt payment has been characteristic of Eslo's social arena.  In most other areas, Eslo is a center state in general, taking objective studies and applying them into policies that work.  Regulations about political movement in Eslo are administered by the Department of the Interior.

Only in once case can the death penalty take place in Eslo.  During war time, under the request of the King and the unanimous approval of the Senate, the death penalty can be used to punsh war crimes and crimes against humanity.  Though Eslo is a signatory of the Rome Statute for the International Criminal Court, the government of Eslo believes it is best if such a court never has to prosecute any individuals.

RAINFOREST AND ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION IN ESLO
The protection of wildlife and the natural rainforest is the foundation on which Eslo was built.
Rainforests are a pillar of humanity and are essential to the ecological balance of the world.  They can provide answers to a variety of health problems.  Therefore, legislation in Eslo prohibits the cutting of any region of rainforest for any purpose other than heath development and research.  Even in that case, all the resources of the rainforest are used, and a sophisticated scientific effort it made to replant the trees into their orignial state.  The use of rainforest areas for any other commercial purpose is illegal.
Eslonian citizens are encouraged to be involved with certain Non-Governmental Organizations that work to safeguard the environment.  Visitors to several government websites in Eslo are inveted to save the rainforest by clicking.  This is the result of a partnership between the Eslonian Government and the Care2 campaign.  Government officials support awareness meetings on the environment several times a year as well.
The preservation of Eslo's wildlife is as diverse as the wildlife itself .  The government has several programs in place that protect the various creatures that live within our borders as well as programs directed at funding research for their development.  A large part of envrionmental protection is awareness of issues and volunteerism for the planet in one capacity or another.  Every year, the Eslonian government encourages its citizens to work for the environment.  Several programs are selected as well as dates and times where Eslonians can get together to do something for Mother Earth.  The programs vary in focus each year from endagered species, to tree-planting, to global warming awareness, to energy efficiency, to wildlife habitat construction, etc...
Regulations regarding the rainforest and the preservation of Eslo's environment are administered by the Department of the Environment.

ESLO AND FOREIGN POLICY
Eslonian foreign policy is based on the Doctrine of Pacific Coesxistance and Non-intervention.  Eslo is pacifist nation which uses its foreign policy to protect its interests in other nations and the interests of Eslonian citizens.  In a true global village, Eslo employs revolutionary methods of foreign policy negotiation in the micronational community.
The foreign policy of Eslo is executed by the Eslonian Foreign Service, a group of diplomats under the Department of Foreign Affairs.  These diplomats represent Eslo abroad commercially, and politically.  Macronations and micronations alike have Eslonian representatives.  In the micronations, representatives deal with the local governments to protect Eslonian interests.  In macronations, Eslonian diplomats work with NGO's and with the people of the nation in order to find an understanding and find goo citizens.  This is always done a a spirit of cultural undertanding and international cooperation.  Due largely to Eslo's diplomatic expertise, it has been recognized as one of the foremost successful micronations in history.
Eslo is a member of several multilateral organisms.  The most important of these is the League of Micronations, through which Eslo presents its international policies and contributes to the international law-making process.
The objectives of Eslo's foreign policy are based on conflict resolution and management, international environmental cooperation, free fair trade, humanitarian assistance and relief, peace incentivization, and testing micronational diplomatic strategies.  These objectives make it possible for Eslo to work for a better world for all people.  Treaties of animosity are created often between states.  The monitoring of the international system is done collectively working with other states.  The foreign policy objectives seek to take protesters to the books and projects, away from the picket line.
An important portion of resources dedicated to foreign policy go towards Eslo's active involvement in global issues.  All senior level Eslonian diplomats must be versed in global issues such as refugees, terrorism, internaitonal humanitarian law, child soldiers, third world debt, anti-personel landmines, and HIV/AIDS.  The diplomats take part in conferences, seminars, and workshops.  The government of Eslo sponsors a greater number of global issues awareness events than any other micronation in the world.  Eslonian citizens are, charcteristically, global citizens that often take part in events offered by the Department of Foreign Affairs.
The underlying motto of Eslo's foreign policy is "Be the change you want to see in the world".  By representing the meaning of this motto, Eslo works constantly towards a greater diplomatic development.  Regulations regarding foreign policy in Eslo are administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs.
