Windows :: A fast, nice Game Boy emulator. It runs most ROMs, includes GameGenie cheats, has configurable keys and screen colors, snapshots, and does not require DirectX. Additionally, it supports Super Game Boy and Game Boy Color games including newer games which don't run on other GBC emulators. So try it out.

Win9x :: Another fast program which supports gameboy color and super gameboy, has auto frameskip for beter performance and joypad support.

[VGB]

DOS / Windows :: If I remember it right, this is the first gameboy emu I used (DOS version). The Windows version has added features like gbc/sbc cart support and also GameGenie and GameShark.

[Visual Boy]

Win9x :: Another good GB emulator, but i'll recommend Visual Boy Advance.
