Mrs. Lowry and Mrs. Mitchell received this letter this morning from the current second grade president.
Dear Second Grade Class,
I am writing this letter to inform you all that I will not be able to finish the rest of the year being our class president. Unfortunately, I have will be moving to a new school district and will not be returning to school. This is why I have asked the second grade teachers to hold an election to fill my place. I am asking that you select two candidates who exhibit exceptional student qualities. These students, along with their campaign team, will create a campaign commerical, campaign posters, and a speech stating why they feel their candidate should be the next second grade class president. All material created by your campaign team will be posted on your candidate's website, where other students can vote for who they feel should be the next second grade class president.
