BOOKS
I
have some classic books to upload soon, including a magic treatise on
how to paint by John Collier, brilliant English painter, published in
1910. Worth waiting for!
My theory is that the older the art instruction book (up to a certain
point), the more likely you are to find the lost secrets that
not many living artists can (or will) tell you. In the last 50 years especially
there has been all sorts of reasons why art schools (especially Government/
University run) have stopped teaching this tradition.
THE CLASSICAL TRADITION IS PRICELESS, IT HAS LASTED 5000 YEARS, AND IT
IS IN DANGER.
So lets you and me do something to save it yes? YES!!
