Erika Willett Kosina, founder of Life Sprout, has taught and facilitated in numerous settings, including an organic farm, an Artist’s Way cluster, a rock-climbing gym, and Life Moxie's Girls’ and Women's Economic Power Day conferences. She has worked as a strategist, project manager, and facilitator for both large corporations (Cisco, Columbia Sportswear, Intel, Liz Claiborne, Safeway, Wells Fargo), and small non-profits. A lifelong passion for learning has led her to explore a variety of industries, from financial services to fashion design.
Erika's expertise lies in inspiring people to work together to find solutions to all kinds of problems, from optimizing a process, to discovering a creative path, to re-gaining self-confidence after a romantic break-up. She achieves tremendous satisfaction from creating and facilitating workshops that empower people to clarify and achieve their goals. To this end, she developed the Re-Center Your Self and Break-up Boot Camp workshops. She also facilitates an occasional Brainstorming Brunch. Erika’s passion for connecting and inspiring people extends to Burning Man’s Black Rock City Airport, where she worked as the Volunteer Coordinator for many years, to San Francisco, where she organized and facilitated a monthly networking event for freelancers, and to Portland, Oregon, where she produced Swap-o-Rama-Rama, a combination clothing swap and DIY workshop.

After earning a BA in English and two teaching credentials from UC Davis, Erika was certified as a Career Coach in the Creating a Life Worth Living methodology in both New York and the San Franciso Bay area in 2004. She currently resides in New York City, dividing her time between consulting as a Relationship Manager for a Fortune 50 company, planning and facilitating workshops and events, and career coaching.
