Track 11: Song: "Church on Time" Artist: Ben Harper and the Blind Boys of Alabama Toward the end of my year at the hospital, I learned of the opportunity to serve as interim minister at First UU Church of San Antonio, my current position which began September 1, 2006. This interim ministry has already been rich and rewarding, further confirming my decision to return to parish ministry. The only negative aspect has been that my fiance� Suzi could not come with me. Suzi and I have been together since January 2006, but her work in Fort Worth (as an academic librarian at Texas Christian University) required her to stay there this year, while I came to San Antonio. But she and I are looking forward to a hopeful future, as she plans to move with me to Bryan-College Station. backward to "One" |
