    Personal Motivation

By nature I am a serious and focused person, highly creative and ready to stand up and take charge for a situation. I am very observant and pay attention to detail, setting myself high standards for quality and excellence. I enjoy being original and like to set myself apart from the crowd by coming up with unique explanations and designs. I enjoy competition and challenge and I am a natural leader in the sense that I am quick to respond to a challenge by thinking through the details of implementing an idea. My strong leadership skills encompass polished presentation and speaking skills.  I also have a strong sensitive side and I pay attention to being courteous, tidy and organised. My strong sense of integrity means I can easily manage responsibility and work very well without supervision. Overall I have a very positive outlook on life and I seek to make a difference to the world around me by making sacrifices and doing small or big things that others may appreciate.
