Dan is a charter member of Lair No. 3 and a signer of the Lair No. 3 charter. He was the winner of the 2001 Doylestown Mass Challenge. He completed his Rascal's Challenge at the Third Quarter 2002 meeting of Lair No. 3. Dan was awarded the Rascal o' the Year trophy at the 2003 Rascals Ball. He won the Last Cigar Tray as the runner-up in the 2004 Mass Challenge.
