| Pikkanu The Pikkanu is a race originating in a different sector of the galaxy than Namek, Vejitasei, and Earth. They rely more on speed than on power, causing them to appear almost graceful in combat. When they power up they do not transform in any way, however their aura crackles with the extra energy. --Powerups-- --Special Abilities-- Empower - Once the final powerup is gained, Pikkanu have the option to permanently exchange ki in order to add onto the final powerup. +10,000,000pl to Ultima poweup -500ki --Special Techniques-- Agility - Since Pikkanu are so fast, their speed is equal to 1.5x their current power level --Fusion Compatability-- When fused, Agility is not in effect unless the fighters use the Pikkanu's body and powerups. Pikkanu can fuse with other Pikkanu as well as Nameks, Gods, Icejin, and Demons. |
