They're not only powerful but difficult to kill as they can survive as long as their head and part of their torso remains mostly in tact. When using the icejin powerups, the ki is permanently subtracted and the pl permanently added to the base. --Transformations-- --Special Techiniques-- Icejin can continue to trade in their ki for power after they have gained their 5th transformation.
