Soul Mates

Many moons have come and gone.

Spring turned into summer winds.

New birth awaits those who travel

in time.

I wait for you, to be by my side.

Dreams of the night, keep you close

by.

Fall has come and gone, now it turns

to winters white.

Still I wait for you.

I hear the wind call my name, and know

your not far away.

Only time before I see your eyes.

I hear the beating of the drums, and

know its the tune of two hearts

beating as one.

We were promised many moons ago.

Both afraid, then we met and our fears

flew by. For it was replaced with

love.

Soon you'll be here by my side.

Two soul mates far away, feeling each

other everyday.

Time for us to take our vows and never

will we part and when this life ends for us,

together we'll be in eternity, for soul mates

we are and soul mates we'll be.

No matter how far away we are, you'll

always be apart of my heart.

I wait for you. Soon my waiting will be

no more, as the winters white turns into

spring time flowers.
