Present your 2008/2009 Empire Park membership card to get your photo id card from Confed which will allow swimming during any public swim time. (Note to parents: if you let the kids go by themselves, please go with them with the membership to authorize the photo id card.) Limit of six visits per membership card per month, restricted to persons registered under your membership. Please note, over the limit sign ins will be sent invoices for payment. City of Edmonton Leisure Access Program The Leisure Access Program gives low-income individuals & families the opportunity to use City of Edmonton recreation facilities for free or at a reduced cost.
