The observer then attempted to go to the court hearing to testify to what he saw.  After being harassed for several minutes, he was allowed to enter the court house but not the court room.  He was removed from the court house by the imbociles in security.  He had turned up his nose and said 'phew' when an arab made a unfriendly gesture toward him.  The imbociles used deragatory comments toward the man, telling him among other things to get out, go to your stinking country, your country is shit.  The man replied, you are right, this is my country, and it is trash like you that makes it shit.  Once outside he was continually harassed by the imbociles.  The other witness were not allowed to enter the court room.  This is typical of Israelis, particularly if they have a little authority.  One must believe some of the reports of Israeli agression particularly toward religious.  A friend of mine was talking with some reporters and asked them if they knew the difference between Israelis and Jews.  He told them that Israelis are people like Peres and Sarid and Jews are those who believe in the Torah, to save a life is not to wait until one is murdered and then retaliate but to do what is necessary to prevent loss of life.  A Jew can be an Israeli citizen but he is a Jew first.

Update on three arrested by police.  The court ruled that the police had no right to arrest the three Kach supporters and they had every right to go to the orient house and protest peaceably.

Demonstration at orient house.  A man from Betar was arrested today because he refused to stop waving an Israeli flag.  He was beaten and taken to the Russian Compound.  It's a shame when one can't display his countrys flag in his own country.

Why is Israel screwedup under the present government [actually lack of a responsible government]?  Sharon says he will do what he wants, when he wants to and nobody will tell him what to do.  He was quoted in the Ha'aretz as saying, "The people think I am not responding enough to the terror attacks.  I don't listen to them anyway and they don't tell me what to do."  Bush put his two cents worth in saying, "I know."  A friend of mine who lives in Talpiot told me this story.  When he moved there one year ago, there was an old arab house that stuck out in the middle of an industrial area.  He questioned the man cleaning up there about the status of the house.  He was told it belonged to an old lady and was to be demolished.  Little by little work was done on the house until it is now totally reconditioned.  The man noticed that after the Sabaro bombing the house was occupied by 15-20 arabs and that night they had a barbecue and were rejoicing.  All night long cars came and went with loud talking going on till early in the morning.  The man reported this to the police.  The police gave him the ole Israeli run around, go here, go there, I'm too busy.  Finally he found a policeman who reluctantly listened to him, did not write a report, and said give me your phone number, which he wrote down incorrectly.  The man then went to the planning department and was told he needed the description of the property.  He said I have the address, and fortunately the worker looked up the address and said the house is illegal.  He then reported it to the department in charge of enforcing illegal building.  A friend of his in the municipality suggested reporting it to the Mayor.  He then reported it to the Mayors deputy who really didn't want to be bothered.  The secretary took the report and said , "All we can do is report it to the police.  It is up to them to do something."  Sounds like the Vresailles story.  It has been several days and nothing has been done yet.  And the terror goes on, and on, and we wonder why.

Who are you world, to condem us?  Who are you US to talk with your mouth full of corruption and abominations.  You took the land from the American Indians and the Mexicans, slaughtered thousands in your intervention of other peoples lives.  Who are you Britian, to condem us?  You totally devistated countless lives with your colonialism all over the world.  You talk with your mouth full of slanderous malicious gossip and doelful judgements, yet look at your country. Riots, racisim, eternal fighting in Ireland.  Who are you Canada, to condem us?  You also stole land from the Canadian Indians.  You practice racism and also talk with your mouth full of gile.   Who are you Belgium, to condem us?  Full of hate and unrighteous judgement.  Who are you UN, European Union?   Nothing, absolutely nothing.  Clouds without water, a vapor.  Sweeden, you had to be forced to give back money rightfuly owed to Jews who perished in the Hollocust.  Thank G d for people like those in India and others who suffer from these self righteous abominations.  These abominations are terrified because they know that judgement is coming from the Almighty, and their time is short.

The next stage of the Palestinian terror campaign, according to DEBKAfile sources, will focus on Israeli cities, starting in Jerusalem. Palestinian terror tacticians have noted that shooting rampages in the towns are more effective in numbers of casualties and psychological impact than even large-scale suicide bombings. This week,    commanders of the Tanzim militia and Arafat presidential guard known as Force 17, in the West Bank towns of Ramallah, El Bireh, Nablus, Bethlehem, Beit Sahur and al Khader, were instructed to send gun squads into Jerusalem. They were told to aim for civilian targets - not just on the city fringes but on the main intersection and streets.  The Pisgat Zeev bus shooting was the first manifestation of the new tactic. All it took was a lone sniper on a dark hill overlooking the bus route, who after directing his fire on a bus rolled down the far side of the hill to the getaway car and away into Palestinian territory or one of outer Jerusalems refugee camps before a pursuit could get underway.  The Pisgat Zeev sniper would have needed to be    exceptionally fit and highly trained as a sharpshooter. Security experts therefore believe that the Pisgat Zeev sniper was a member of Force 17. If so, it would be the first time a member of Arafats force has performed inside an Israeli town. Because of Jerusalems Palestinian population, the terrorist tacticians believe they can use the heavy Palestinian vehicular traffic in and out of the city to plant small shooting squads and pull them out without difficulty. They require far less preparation and support than a suicide bombing, which demands precise operational and intelligence preparation involving a support team of 20 to 30 people.
