Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
Wet Ingredients:1 cup Water
1 cup Oil
1 stick Butter or Margarine
1 cup Root Beer
1 Tbsp Vanilla
Recipe:
1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2- Mix all dry ingredients
3- Mix in all wet ingredients
4- Fill cupcake tins to 3/4 of the way full
5- Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
6- Allow to cool for 10 minutes
7- Frost
