I have created a good, sound small home based business and I am now ready to expand. I have personally knocked on over 5000 doors to create what is now in the past. | This is not for everyone. A canvasser has to be able to accept rejection and stay positive. You never know which door will bring that lead which will turn into a big project. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Responsibilities of this position: Upon acceptance of your application you will be trained by me on Saturdays only. Obvious reasons; we will not begin knocking on doors unless the tempurature is forcasted to be above 50. |

| We pay a 5% commission to you when our sales staff gets the contract signed from the lead you generated. This is the pay during training. After training is complete(10 bonified leads) you move to the position of trainer. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| As a trainer you will take my place and teach people in the same fashion. You will be responsible for increasing the hours of canvassing from just Saturday to 4hr on Sunday and 1night during the week. You will be training people each of those days. My true place is on the job site turning over the jobs. Pay for this position can be very profitable. You are paid a 7% commission for your lead and a 2% commission for each lead your trainees bring in when the contract is signed with the homeowner. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
