| Before this particular addition could be started a load bearing header had to be installed spanning the garage. |

| Than a door and stairs were installed from the upstairs hallway to the space above the garage |
| Now it is time for the flooring and the framing. Along with the walls I framed out a closet. In that closet I installed two access hatches to either side of the attic for additional storage and easy access. |
| Finally the sheetrock was installed and finished smooth. During this project lighting and outlets were installed. The homeowner finished the room, painting and carpet to save money. |
