Victoria "Tory" O'Keefe

Writers Name: Jana
Target Realm: CP

Role: independent medic/combat medic

Age:23

Thorough Physical Description: 5'7", 130
pounds, bright blue eyes that are
normally twinkling with merriment. Rather
buxom and curvy which she uses
to her advantage by wearing tight black leather
outfits and outrageous high
heeled boots. Flame red hair which is thick
and curly-hangs just about midback.

Victoria has a low sultry voice- it reminds
one of lazy sunlight days laying
under the trees or floating on the clear water
of your favorite swimming
hole. There is a slender scar that runs down
her right cheek that she received from a
combative patient the year before.

Personality: One's first impression of Victoria
is her strong, vivacious approach to life.
Nothing seems to get to her, unless you mention her
mother's death. Then her bright dancing blue
eyes grow cold & lifeless...she
still mourns and misses her mother very much.
It doesn't matter to Victoria if
you're the lowest street life in No Mans Land or
the biggest most powerful person in the land.
A patient is a patient and are equally deserving of
her medical expertise. She says what's on her mind
and tend to get rather flippant if you question her
abilities or what she's doing.

Strengths:

Reliable in combat situations - quite
willing to race through hostile fire to get to
her patients. Highly intelligent, which has
served her well in finding her way through
any part of the city - people have noticed she
never seems to get lost no matter where she is.
Able to get into places where other's throw up
their hands and shake their heads.
Hand to hand combat skills have served her well
in the past three years. And not much seems to
scare her. Medical skills are in high demand
from No Mans Land on out.

Weaknesses:

FLIPPANT to those in charge, willing to
put herself in danger to save a patient, doesn't
know the word fear...sometimes people wonder if
even the word caution has ever entered her
vocabulary.

Background History:

Victoria comes from a strong Irish clan
that immigrated to Kansas City nearly 150 years
ago. At first reviled for their willingness to
perform even the dirtiest of jobs, they were
soon respected for that same tenacity,
intelligence and impartiality. The women were
especially in demand for their uncanny ability
to diagnose & treat illnesses or patch up those
who'd been injured.

Thus when Victoria was born into the clan,
it was expected she'd follow the traditional
footsteps of the females in her Irish family.
Which she did with great enthusiasm, even going
as far as to have cybernetics placed in
her.

A great tragedy befell her at the age of
20, when her mother died in a swimming accident,
on the Missouri River. Foul play was suspected
since the woman was known to be a strong swimmer.
She had been the first into the water on a
rescue operation, when a boat mysteriously crashed
into something in the water. Investigations
couldn't find what they had hit....and
3 years later the incident is still an open
file with the police.

Victoria immediately stepped in to take
her mother's place as a freelance medic/combat medic,
and has been at it ever since.
