Background History: Robin was the son of a minor noble. Thus he was educated and spent his childhood in relative comfort, though he developed a love for the outdoors. When he was a teenager, his father's lands were taken from him and his father was killed by a corrupt sheriff. Given that this happened during every young man's sudden lack of respect for authority, Robin became bitter and decided the sheriff would pay for what he'd done. He retreated to the haunted forest, where he began to assemble a ragtag band of outcasts and refugees into a formidable outlaw band, predictably known simply as the Merry Men.
Update: Queen Pamala has returned his title to him; Sir Robin of Locksley, which
is bound to upset that Sheriff of Nottingham into a fit.
