| The decision to have WLS came in April of 2003 after I reached an all time high of 270 pounds. It was a decision that was made with a lot of soul searching and also a lot of tears. I was tired of feeling the way that I did. I felt like a failure as a wife and as a dental assistant. One of my employers even had told me that I could never be good as an assistant due to my weight. I missed my performing. I needed a change and I didn't know how to make it happen. I started doing some research on Weight Loss methods on line.
