Sta.Cruz National High School-Novele Annex it is the newest High School
in the province of Rosario that was sponsored by the Municipal Mayor of Rosario
Mr. JOSE T. CUYOS.The Barangay Officials strongly requested for the opening of the 
secondary school in the Novele, Rosario Agusan del Sur and it was done now. All
the families of this oldest Barangay was happy because they have a new school and
affordable tuition and you can learn more and some of the teachers are board
passer.
