.Dec 25:  Christmas
Christmas is a quiet and sad time because there are not kids/ grandkids/ great grandkids  around to enjoy it with. Just a nice quiet day with my Angel.
.Dec 5:  Disney World - Epcot - MGM & Christmas
Wow, how great is this?   Our friends, Bob & Linda T. also friends from the Escapee's Care Center are working at Disney.
We made arrangements to meet at their campground and they would take us into Epcot as their guests.
Ed & Johanne's
Notes from the road
Walk, walk and more walk.....that is what we do when we get together with Bob & Linda.  But, it was a fun day.  We saw the  movie "Honey I Shrunk the Audience" which is a fabulous 3D adventure.  The characters, including an escaped snake seem to be right in front of your face.  When the giant dog sneezes you get wet and when mice get loose you feel them brush your legs.  A really great experience.
After getting a bite to eat, we went to MGM and saw the
"Spectacle of Dancing Lights"
after that we walked back to Epcot and waited for the "Candlelight Processional", choir & orchestra and a narrated story of Christmas.  Then, we waited a little while and were treated with the great fireworks display ending the day at Disney.
What a great day we had.  But, knowing that it would be late we had already booked a room at the Best Western near Bob & Linda's campground.
The next day we visited with our friends at the campground, then we all went to
Bob Evans for lunch and headed for home.

.Dec 17: Visit to Lenny's
Patti and Craig, on their annual vacation to Florida,  went to visit her father in north Florida.  Johanne and I joined up with them on I-75 near here and traveled up to Obrien, FL where we had lunch together and then went and visited Lenny's Estate.
.     Patti and Craig stayed at her fathers overnight while Johanne and I traveled back to Summerfield. The next day the left Lenny's and went to Craig's mothers home in Spring Hill, FL
on the west coast of central Florida.
Hope they had a good visit at both parents homes.
.Dec 18: Our Frog
We frequently put our awning up every
time there is the possiblity of a tornado.
well I put awning down today and found we
had a stow-away in the awning...this rather
large frog.  (about 8 inches nose to rump)
I'm not sure if it was inside or just on the
roof.  It had three suction cup toes on all
four feet.  An interesting looking frog.
.Dec 26: Johanne's Birthday
I got up early as usual and baked a cake and had it cooled and frosted by the time Johanne got up.  I don't know why, the two of us don't eat much cake, but..........
.Dec 31:  New Years Eve
Johanne and I went to Aunt Peggy's and joined in with her and her sisters family to celebrate the changing of the year.
