Now, you all know how this works; when I try to list a bunch of people, I'm liable to leave people off. (It's the Christmas card syndrome.) If you don't see yourself here and think you should, By all means email me. I will respond to the email by slapping my palm to my forehead and saying, "duh!" and then adding you to the list.
These names are in no real order. When I add people, I either put them by the people I met them through, or at the end.
