Paintings by E. L. Frassetto

While I have worked with acrylic and watercolor, my medium of choice is oil. The characteristics of oil paint seem to match my personality and the way I work. The paint has body - I can feel it's drag as I push and pull it across the surface of my canvas or masonite panel; and the long drying time allows me to work the paint and blend the colors, and soften or define the edges.
