Some factors to consider are :

• application: the power supply rating available. 

• op. amp: package type, signal to noise ratio, power consumption, power output.

• other options: chassis, channel switch, volume knob, RCA input plugs, output binding post.

Holes are drilled and connectors fastened into place with washers and bolts.

Speakers and cover grills are fitted in, secure together with some screws.
