Hint: I use a product called "Gimme Lean",
a meat substitute, which makes a
great meatloaf
and is fat free. It can be purchased
in most health food
stores or
in some regular food markets.
Use as you would any ground
meat.

LOSE WEIGHT

5 small tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1 Italian green pepper or 1/2 green bell pepper
2-4 gloves of garlic ( to taste depending on your taste buds)
1/2 tblsp. spoon salt or to taste
1 slice dry French bread
1 cup wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil
add water: 3/4 up to top of blender and blend.
add more water and blend
again until soupy if needed.
put in refrigerator until nice and cold.
serve in a bowl with sliced:
tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and onions
top with croutons!
