Hamburger Loaf

I LOVE the way this turns out!
I don't really have exact measurements,
but here goes...just take a couple of tubes
of Gimme Lean beef flavour,
a good size sweet onion,
a couple of red bell peppers...
chop up the onion and peppers.
mix in with Gimme Lean.
put in a loaf pan and top with ketchup
(I suppose if you are doing this with serving gravy
in mind, you could omit the ketchup).
Cover with foil and bake
in a 350 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes.
As far as fat free gravy goes,
I like the Pillsbury gravy in a box best
(it comes in small cardboard boxes
in the gravy section of the supermarket
and is usually pretty cheap
like 3 or 4 for a dollar!)
I believe (if I've read the ingredients' list correctly)
that at least one or two of the flavours are vegetarian
(if not vegan, but I think they are).

 Fat Free Mini Pancakes(pikelets)

1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup plain white flour
1/4 cup caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon bi-carb soda
3/4 cup fat free milk
2 egg whites
(whisked for about 30 seconds)
1.Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl.
2.Whisk milk and egg whites together.
3.Let stand for 10 minutes.
4.Preheat a non-stick pan on stove
5.Pour about 1/4 to 1/3 cup onto pre-heated pan.
(make sure its not too = hot
or it will burn but too cool will make it stick)
6.Once air bubbles start to surface on mini pancakes
, gently flip over = and cook
other side until it has cooked.
7.Enjoy them warm or cold with fruit
spread of your choice.
