President Veda Tatatwa Te Midnit has long been studying on her own the path of Wicca, but in April she began to go deeper and study in a group. At the begining of May she took the next step and made a formal dedication to the study of Wicca that goes along with an invitation to join a local coven in her area. While another Ejahn was also supposed to go through the dedication ritual, Veda Tatatwa Te Midnit was the only Ejahn to go through the dedication ritual. She is now in the process of choosing her Wicca name that she will go by in the coven. She has began studying with another teacher who is a friend to the main teacher of the course.
Emperor Makes Formal Conversion
Emperor Zya Swa Ny Ya La has always studied many religions and spiritual paths and last year began to get involved in groups where the subject was discussed and where people could learn more about it. After over a year of study and a trip to the temple, Zya Swa Ny Ya La went through the formal naming ceremony to convert to Hinduism. When asked about the conversion the Emperor stated "It doesn't take away my past religious understanding brought about through my own spiritual path or Christianity, but rather it deepens my understanding and calls me to continue to go deeper and deeper." At the same time the Emperor is also a novitiate for The Order of Our Lady of the Waters, a local interfaith religious order. He will decide in July if he choses to become a brother in the Order.
C'ana Tu Ya & Her Korolyav Expecting Joy
Many never could have thought that the joyous couple that wed in March could be happier until hearing that the couple is expecting a beautiful baby come August. While the gender remains unknown at this time, the couple has found a great deal of help from fellow Ejahns who are already helping the couple through not only financial difficulties, but helping to prepare for the new baby.
Yyala Legana Fro Hala's Family Growing
May was special month for Yyala Legana Fro Hala. On May 24 she gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl who has received the Ejahn name of Zemaya Ijada. Zemaya Ijada is the sister to Matuhan Ariyah who is now one year and two months old. While the birth of Zemaya Ijada is most joyous, even greater news filled Ejah when word was spread the Yyala Legana Fro Hala and her jabil of almost a year announced their engagement. Ejahns are awaiting further information about the marriage ceremony.
Empress Struggling With Baby's Father
Empress Logray Asha and Yajavi Raven are the parents to Eblavat Ijada, however May found the two at great odds when Yajavi Raven decided to not take money for Eblavat Ijada for work he had done for a neighbor who has promised to pay and whom Yajavi had promised to use the money to buy needed things for Eblavat. Logray Asha was, of course, furious that Yajavi would put his needs (because he accepted something else instead of the money that only he could use) over his own daughters and since then the two have not been on good terms with Yajavi promising to come and visit Eblavat only to, at the last minute, call Logray and tell her that he can't make it because he doesn't have the money or a ride or some other explanation. Hopefully time will allow Yajavi to see what his priorities should be so that Logray and he will be able to take care of Eblavat together.
May A Great Month For Emperor
May proved to be a great month for Emperor Zya Swa Ny Ya La. Not only did ZSNYL convert to Hinduism, but he is preparing for his future career move and he fell in love. On May 10 ZSNYL met his current bajil and the two have been inseperable since. In fact, his bajil whom chose to be called Kazoli Ny Wi in Ejah, has been helping ZSNYL in that future career of certified pharmacy technician and perhaps even pharmacist if CPhT works out. On May 21, ZSNYL registered to take the national certification test in Oklahoma City and will take the test on July 17 following his courses which end on July 1. Meanwhile, Kazoli Ny Wi was a part of the Society BBQ and was hear for a game/movie night that was canceled and ZSNYL and KNW will spend GLBT Pride in OKC together.
Enid Ejahns To Meet Other Ejahns This Summer
While most of the population of Ejah resides in Enid with a few that once resided in Enid living elsewhere, there are those that are a part of Ejah that have never resided in Enid and currently unaware of all the Ejahns. This summer unites these Ejahns with Enid Ejahns. Trusa Cangsa will be united with the Enid Ejahns during GLBT Pride and Jawat Ihaya Medisa Me will meet up with many of the Ejahns in July when he moves from New Mexico to Oklahoma. The meetings have already gotten some Ejahns excited about all that is happening and many are looking forward to meeting these Ejahns who have gone it alone for so long.
Ejahns Struggle
Two years ago Mme Kwenhloba and Hatya Sawa Kwachi Laka Kazolis were the cause of struggle, this last year has seen Mme Kwenhloba grow to the point that he has forgiven HSKLK and HSKLK has forgiven MK. Meanwhile, Hatya Sawa Kwachi Laka Kazolis and Ajeha'tajikist Alden have been dating. For a time Ae Tebsa and her jabil and many others interfered in the relationship and caused great turmoil but thankfully the two are back together again stronger than ever. However, tension between Ae Tebsa, Mme Kwenhloba, Lit fa Shasholas, and Hatya Sawa Kwachi Laka Kazolis as well as Ajeha'tajikist Alden and Ae Tebsa's jabil have been steady with only the Emperor, Empress, and President working to try and resolve the tension.
